Calendar invites automatically integrate with TIKS to let your users know who when and where to attend their meetings in advance. A pre-registered guest can then be quickly checked-in via the tablet or mobile Apps.

Check-in repeat visitors or contractors using the TIKS Concierge mobile App. Hosts receive notifications that their visitors have arrived.

Scan or tap-in on arrival. Automatic check-out is available when allowing the built-in location services to run on the app.

Alerts and Notifications

Hosts are automatically notified when a visitor or contractor arrival via email and SMS. The host can be uploaded to the system via our API or manually uploaded via CVS.

Allow any new account to be set and managed via the same VMS Concierge portal. Configure site name, location, alerts types, photo enabling and induction validity.

ChemLite

Allow contractors to view the site-specific Chemical register on check-in. Once the contractor check's out, the platform will request the contractor to record which chemicals they used on site and record the location which the chemical is stored. This feature is only available via the tablet.
